Best nail salons in Wake Forest: seven salons and their prices
The town has plenty of nail salons. A June 2026 gift-card directory counts about 20 with Wake Forest addresses, most of them in shopping centers on Capital Boulevard, Rogers Road and Rogers Branch Road, around Heritage and at Wake Forest Crossing. Downtown has one nail bar, HighPark Nail Bar on South White Street. The newest salon here is SEN Nail & Spa on Dr. Calvin Jones Highway, open since about December 2024, and Slaye Nail Bar took over a Wake Forest Crossing space under a new owner this year.
The hard part is knowing which salons still run the menu they post. Almost none publish an opening year, a dated award or a current copyright line, so this list leans on posted prices: among the salons that list them, gel manicures run from $37 to $42 and classic pedicures from $36 to $39. Use it to compare menus before booking, and call ahead for the entries flagged below.
How we chose
Every salon here is inside Wake Forest; with about 20 in town, the list did not need to widen. We kept seven because only seven had a usable 2026 signal: 2026 photos on the salon's own site, a town permit, or a current priced menu backed by a 2026 directory or Yelp update. Prices come from each salon's own site, and no salon published a dated award.
Left out: Nail Kitchen, a regional chain with no confirmed opening; Acapella Nail Spa in Rolesville and LCN Spa & Nail, with no priced menu; and day spas. Entries are listed alphabetically, not ranked. Hours and prices were last checked in October 2026, so call for anything an entry marks as unconfirmed.
HighPark Nail Bar
The only nail bar in the downtown South White Street district, HighPark Nail Bar is a single-location independent salon with one of the longest posted menus in town. It does gel manicures, dip, acrylic sets with gel, Gel-X extensions and an organic spa pedicure, plus waxing and eyelash extensions. The prices on its own site are cash prices, and paying by card adds a small fee, so bring cash if the total matters.
Why we chose them
- Its own price list puts a gel manicure at $42 and a classic pedicure at $37.
- Gel-X full sets run $75, with fills at $65, per the salon's service page.
- The Organic Spa Pedicure tops the menu at $80.
- Kids 11 and under pay $20 for a manicure and $30 for a pedicure.
- Gallery photos on its own site are dated January 2026, and online booking is live.
Address: Wake Forest — 408 S. White St.

Lavish Nails & Spa
Lavish Nails & Spa is an independent salon on Rogers Branch Road, which with nearby Rogers Road makes up one of the town's main clusters of nail salons. Its service list covers manicures, pedicures, foot massages, artificial nails and dipping powder, and waxing is on it too, so nails and a wax can happen in one visit. The salon's own contact page was updated in October 2025.
Why we chose them
- An express nails service is on the menu for quicker visits.
- A kids' menu is part of the salon's own service list.
- Prices are posted on the salon's own services page, so check there before booking.
- No dated 2026 post from the salon itself turned up, so call before driving over.
Address: Wake Forest — 3612 Rogers Branch Rd., Ste. 108

Royal Nail Spa
Spa pedicures are the draw at Royal Nail Spa, an independent salon on South Franklin Street in the strip its web address calls Heritage Corner. The pedicure list climbs from a $39 classic to a Deluxe Jelly Spa Pedicure at $76, a Collagen Volcano Spa Pedicure at $95 and a Detox Royal Pedicure at $105, the highest pedicure price posted by any salon on this list.
Why we chose them
- Its own site says reusable tools are disinfected per state rules, and tools that cannot be disinfected are thrown out.
- A gel manicure is $40, and a dipping powder overlay starts at $50.
- Acrylic full sets start at $43, with fills from $33.
- No dated 2026 post from the salon itself turned up, and its booking page did not load, so call before driving over.

SEN Nail & Spa
Open since about December 2024, SEN Nail & Spa is the newest salon on this list, on Dr. Calvin Jones Highway (the NC 98 Bypass). Its pedicures come in five packages, from a Basic Express at $39 up to a Signature at $99, and the hand menu covers gel polish, dip, acrylics, builder gel and Gel-X. A sponsored This is Raleigh feature from January 16, 2025, names the owners as Phuong and Tai.
Why we chose them
- The middle pedicure packages are Silver at $45, Gold at $59 and Diamond at $75.
- Gel polish on hands is $28, or $33 with removal, per its own price list.
- The sponsored feature names CND Shellac, OPI and Voesh as the brands it uses.
- Walk-ins are welcome, and card prices run slightly higher than cash.
- Images uploaded to its own site in September 2026 show the salon active this fall.
Address: Wake Forest — 535 Dr. Calvin Jones Hwy, Ste. 120

Slaye Nail Bar
At Wake Forest Crossing, Slaye Nail Bar took over the Retail Drive space that was NOIRE The Nail Bar as recently as December 2025. Its own site describes manicures, pedicures, nail art and spa services and places the salon in "Wake Forest & Raleigh," but it publishes no prices, address or phone number for the new business. That makes it the least documented entry here, and a 2026 restart of a known nail bar.
Why we chose them
- Slaye changed owners in 2026: the town's May 2026 permit list shows a new name and owner at this address.
- The town's page writes the street as Retail Way, while Giftly and Raleigh Report give Retail Drive.
- No confirmed phone number for the new owner turned up, so check the salon's own site before driving over.
- The salon's own site publishes no prices, so ask for a quote when booking.
Address: Wake Forest — 11702 Retail Dr.

- Acrylic full sets are $55, with fills at $45, on its own services page.
- The salon's site posts hours for all seven days of the week, Sunday included.
