GrillBillies Barbecue is a specialty barbecue store on North Pine Street in Wendell, stocked with hundreds of products for people who cook over fire. Smokers and grills sit alongside hand-picked tools, meats and seasonings.
The shop is set up for backyard cooks, caterers and competition pitmasters alike, and the staff will talk through gear and technique with anyone who asks. Classes are offered for whichever skill a customer wants to work on. Co-founder Joe Pino has been cooking barbecue for more than 30 years, on everything from homemade cookers to commercial-grade pits.
