Farm Table is a restaurant and bar at Gateway Commons in Wake Forest, locally owned and part of the town since 2014. The room is wood-lined and farmhouse-plain in a way that wears well.

The kitchen cooks New American food off a menu that changes with what is in season, and the bar keeps pace with cocktails. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes are on the menu too, so a mixed table is easy. The standing invitation from the kitchen is simply to come have a seat and let it feed you.
