Hotel Indigo Raleigh Downtown
About
Hotel Indigo Raleigh Downtown is a 204-room boutique hotel in the round tower on Hillsborough Street in downtown Raleigh. The building opened as a Holiday Inn, closed in 2025 and reopened at the end of September 2026 after a $36 million renovation. Tidal Real Estate Partners owns it, and Sage Hospitality Group manages it under IHG’s Hotel Indigo brand.
The interiors use oak and cork finishes, geometric patterns and work by North Carolina artists. The top floor holds High Ground Lounge, a bar and restaurant with skyline views, and a vintage Airstream in the courtyard pours coffee.
